Copyright Policy

Razed Mods, LLC ("Razed Mods," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of razedmods.com and content.razedmods.com (the "Service") to do the same. This policy explains how to notify us of claimed copyright infringement and how we respond, in line with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

1. Our Content

The modifications, code, assets, and other materials we create and distribute are the property of Razed Mods or our licensors. Our content is an unofficial modification intended for use with third-party games, and Razed Mods is not affiliated with or endorsed by the publishers or developers of those games. All game names, trademarks, and copyrights belong to their respective owners. We do not authorize the redistribution, re-uploading, or resale of our content by anyone.

2. Reporting Claimed Infringement (Takedown Notice)

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice to our Designated Agent (below). To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must include substantially the following:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed, with enough detail (such as a URL) to let us locate it;
Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

4. Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material claimed to be infringing, and we may notify the user who provided it.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe material of yours was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send our Designated Agent a written counter-notification that includes substantially the following:

Your physical or electronic signature;
Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal;
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
Your name, address, and telephone number; and
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Razed Mods may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice or its agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complaining party notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the relevant activity.

6. Repeat Infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

7. Misrepresentations

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages. Please be sure of your claim before submitting a notice or counter-notice.
