TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Razed Mods, LLC ("Razed Mods," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of razedmods.com, content.razedmods.com, and any related pages, downloads, memberships, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. The video games our content is built for are rated for mature audiences, and paid memberships are processed through third-party platforms that may impose their own minimum age requirements (for example, age 18, or 13 with parental consent). By using the Service, you confirm that you meet all applicable age requirements and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Razed Mods develops and distributes graphics modifications and related content for use with certain video games, and provides a website, member accounts, and downloadable files. We may add, change, or remove features, content, or membership tiers at any time.

3. Accounts

You sign in through Discord. You are responsible for your account and for all activity that occurs under it, and you agree to keep your login secure. Do not share your account or your access to paid content with anyone else. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Memberships, Subscriptions, and Payments

Some content is available only to members of a paid tier (for example, Gold, Platinum, or VIP). Payments are processed by third-party platforms such as Patreon (and Tebex where applicable), and your subscription is also subject to the terms and policies of those platforms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of those platforms.

Membership is generally recurring and will continue until cancelled through the relevant platform. Your access to gated content depends on your subscription being active and in good standing. If your subscription lapses, is cancelled, or fails to renew, your access to member-only content may end.

5. Refunds

Memberships provide access to digital content that is delivered immediately. Except where required by law or by the policies of the platform that processed your payment, payments are non-refundable.

6. License to Use Our Content

Subject to these Terms and your active membership where applicable, Razed Mods grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our content for your own personal, non-commercial use with a legally obtained copy of the underlying game.

You agree that you will not:

Redistribute, re-upload, share, sell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise make our content available to anyone else, including through file-sharing sites, forums, or other communities;
Share your account or your access to paid content;
Remove, alter, or obscure any ownership, copyright, or attribution notices;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source assets except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law; or
Use our content in any product or service you offer to others without our prior written permission.

We may revoke this license at any time if you violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content we create — including our modifications, code, assets, text, graphics, and the look and feel of the Service — is owned by Razed Mods or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, we grant you no rights in our content.

Third-party games and trademarks. Our content is an unofficial modification intended for use with third-party video games. Razed Mods is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the publishers or developers of those games, and all game names, trademarks, and copyrights belong to their respective owners. You are responsible for owning a legitimate copy of any game our content is used with and for complying with that game's own end-user license agreement and terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not: violate any law; infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights; upload or transmit malware; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers; scrape or harvest data without permission; or circumvent any access controls, membership gating, or download protections.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service or content will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with your system or game, or that use of our content will not affect your game, save files, or accounts with any third party. You install and use our content at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Razed Mods and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Razed Mods and its members, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

13. Copyright and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of claimed infringement as described in our DMCA Policy. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please follow the process set out there.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless a mandatory law in your country provides otherwise.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
